The Brand Audit
Our process for brand development starts with a Brand Audit. This is a proprietary positioning and messaging development process that includes a number of inter-linking components that combine to produce a powerful and compelling strategy. This process includes the following steps:

– Research and interviews to identify your firms' strengths and weaknesses;
– Research to identify your competition's strengths, weaknesses, messaging;
– Identify hot buttons and positioning against your competition;
– Develop a messaging platform that includes core messages and positioning;
– Develop a new graphics system.

A Brand Audit can be rather simple or extremely complex, ranging from one month to three months to complete. The Audit can include focus groups, specialized research as well as marketing plans and tactics.
